Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or physically broken, OR
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference
  • Size or capacity expectations
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor packaging damage (without product damage)

Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Policy

  • Once the return request is approved, the product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed

Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without valid proof of damage or incorrect delivery
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products returned without original packaging

Shipping Costs

  1. If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be covered by us
  2. In all other cases, returns will not be accepted

Final Decision

All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Euromosh team. Our decision will be final.
